Let me see if I can summarize this correctly:
You want to create a web service that is called by Mifos whenever its about
to make a transaction.
For example, a client is going to make a payment and before submitting it
into Mifos, Mifos calls the web service first?
A few questions:
1. Can you describe what this web service would do? What is your goal or
why is this important?
2. Does this web service HAVE to be called before submitting the Mifos
Transaction? Is it possible you can create a separate service that scans
the Mifos DB and looks for updates to the transaction table?
