Description:
The word "holiday" is misleading in these two items since they both apply to
non-working days, not holidays.
* Admin tab > Organization Preferences > View organization settings.
Change "Meeting in case of holiday" to "Meeting in case of non-working day".
(while we're there, we should change "Off days" to "Non-working days").
* In appConfig file, change FiscalCalendarRules.ScheduleTypeForMeetingOnHoliday
to FiscalCalendarRules.ScheduleMeetingIfNonWorkingDay
