Mifos allows a system administrator to create a holiday that overlaps another
holiday. This can cause unpredictable behavior when Mifos generates schedules.
When adjusting a date for holidays, Mifos applies the repayment rule for the
first holiday in the list of holidays that the date falls in. It may not be the
repayment rule that was intended.
