behavior should be the same as issue 2686 - should default to the same number
of digits after decimal as what's set for digitsafterdecimal. Adding volunteer
keyword, add to backlog
Regression but an edge case and only affects customers with digits after
decimal set to 0.
Workaround is to remove the .0.
