Hotfix 1.4.3 - Can't add periodic fee to client customer account as "number of
digits after the decimal separator exceeds the allowed number"
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: MIFOS-2708
URL: http://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOS-2708
Project: mifos
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Fee
Affects Versions: Gazelle C
Environment: n/a
Reporter: johnwoodlock
Assignee: Udai Gupta
Fix For: Gazelle C
I created a periodic and non-periodic fee: 23.0 and 55.0 respectively.
I tried to add these fees to a client's customer account - the "Apply charges"
page.
Each had a similar issue when I tried to submit.
"The Amount is invalid because the number of digits after the decimal separator
exceeds the allowed number 1"
The problem seems to be that instead of 23.0 the page was showing
23.000000000000 (13 zeroes after the decimal point).
Whilst I could edit the zeroes for the non-periodic fee, the page does not
allowing editing for periodic fees so I was stuck.
