This would be good for any MFI's who are doing data migrations. That way they
can search for the clients with old records while they are moving to Mifos.
Additionally, if anybody syncs Mifos up with another system that is managing
user accounts (ie, syncing between Mifos and an insurance management software),
this would be good as well.
