Tests on database containing more than 100k clients showed, that performance
impact to searching is very low.
Average search time before adding CUST_GOVERNMENT_IDX:
accountSearch: 12.67 ms
idSearch: 8.17 ms
governmentIdSearch: 471.75 ms
nameSearch: 11 ms
Average search time after adding CUST_GOVERNMENT_IDX:
accountSearch: 9.69 ms
idSearch: 2.54 ms
governmentIdSearch: 4.15 ms
nameSearch: 11,54 ms
Adding CUST_GOVERNMENT_IDX index to database containing more than 100k clients
took 3 min 25,62 sec.
