sort contents of dropdowns

would be a good usability improvement to sort the contents of dropdowns. For
example, Al Majmoua is using the "Ethnicity" dropdown relabeled as
"Village/City". We have 1800 villages which we sorted alphabetically so they
can be found when entering new clients. When the administrator learns of new
villages and adds them, they show up at the bottom of the list, in the order
they were added.
