Udai, sorry, I meant to say the create loan page. Here is what I did on the
test server to replicate this:
1. find a group (e.g. Brata Group Finance)
2. create a loan, fill in an external id (e.g. 1111111)
3. go back to the group and create another loan
4. see that 1111111 is already typed into the external id field of this new loan
5. find a client, click on create loan
6. see that 1111111 is already typed into this external id field as well
So, it seems to be cached for group and client loan creation pages.
