Searching for existing client on psuedolocale or 'icelandic' instance results
in NPE. Believe this is a regression in Gazelle C.
Repro steps:
1. connect to icelandic test server - http://ci.mifos.org:8100/mifos/
2. login in , search for "c".
3. see attached error.
