REPRO:
1. configure Mifos to enable GLIM and backdated transactions
2. issue a group loan on a given date, e.g. Feb 21st.
3. wait or advance the clock until a future date, e.g. Feb 25th.
4. disburse the loan, entering a disbursement date in the past, e.g. Feb 23rd.
5. click edit account information
6. change any editable field
7. click to submit the loan
EXPECTED
1. loan account info is updated
ACTUAL
1. error displayed -- "Disbursement date must be greater than or equal to today"
This seems wrong in a couple ways -- For one thing, the validation is not
honoring the "allow backdated transactions". For another, I don't think the
disbursement date should even be editable after the loan has been disbursed.
The critical problem though is it makes it impossible to alter any of the other
account information.
Individual Client loans do not have this problem and work as expected, so it is
only for Groups, and possibly only with GLIM enabled.
This is important to Al Majmoua because once they disburse the check, they edit
the loan account with the check number and JV number from their accounting
system for future reference.
