Nice work on this!  You are definitely on the right track.  I was able to bring 
up the mockups in both Firefox and IE and they rendered very nicely.  They look 
really close to the current Mifos screens, which is exactly what we want as a 
first step.

At this point, instead of doing anything with JSPs, I would recommend that you 
keep going and continue to mock up more screens.  Try the login screen and have 
a go at a multipage flow like "create new client" and "open new loan account" 
from the home page.

I just want to note that demonstrating your interest and ability by 
contributing like this is a great way to put yourself in a good position for 
Google Summer of Code!
