Description:
Currently the files used for configuring the GL are kept in the mifos.war file
and when changed are put into the tomcat lib folder. We should make two changes
1. Make the mifosBeanConfig.custom.xml and mifosChartOfAccounts.custom.xml
files sit in the mifos configuration file with the rest of the custom
configurations
2. Be included in the config folder in the Mifos download.
Also, can we rename the mifosBeanConfig.custom.xml to something that makes a
bit more sense? Like MifosFinancialActionsConfig.custom.xml or
MifosFAConfig.custom.xml?
