1. create and disburse a loan with a fee at disbursal time
2. selecting a mode of payment for the disbursal and fee repayment
3. create and disburse a loan for another customer with a fee at disbursal time
4. see that the mode of payment defaults to "--Select--" for the disbursement,
but defaults to the mode of payment for the fee chosen in step 2.
not a big issue, but may increase the number of data entry errors when
disbursing loans.
