When client loan amounts are totaled, for certain amounts the digit after
decimal amount for the Total amount is showing too much precision. It appears
this occurs when the user enters an amount with too many digits after decimal
for one of the clients.
The client amounts are validated when user clicks continue, so this is a
cosmetic issue only.
