Give better feedback to end user when report fails

When BIRT reports fails, user doesn't get descriptive error messaging.
For example, I have a test instance where the DB name isn't "mifos", so the out
of the box report "Branch Cash Confirmation Report" fails since the db name
doesn't match the jdbc connection string. This information isn't presented to
the user - instead, the error is
"+org.eclipse.birt.report.service.api.ReportServiceException: Error happened
while running the report"
FYI, in the stack trace, this is the error - SEVERE: Cannot open connection.
org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc.JDBCException: There is an error in get co
nnection, Unknown database 'mifos'.
Request we provide more useful information in the UI error message.
