In Create New Fee page,
When you select a frequency of fee, either periodic or one time, there are
strings that are not localized.
In One time
Select time of charge for one time fees is not in Spanish
In Periodic
If weeks, specify the following:
Recur every week(s)
Check if the strings are localizable or if they are just not translated
