Collection Sheet Entry submit is slower on trunk, need to improve small load
time

Shamim D scalability testing shows the Collection Sheet submit is 6 seconds
slower on 50 concurrent users (20 vs 26 seconds on average, 9.8 vs 20.2 seconds
median time).
Two things to evaluate:
1) Trunk version (need to get specific revision from SunGard) is slower than
v1.4.
2) With 10 concurrent users, submit time is 13.5 seconds on average with 300k+
clients. Can this be improved?
