Sorry, there was some confusion. This bug has NOT been resolved by the
upgrade. When I had tested teh upgrade before, the system crashed when I
attempted to make a payment with the account in question. Once I deployed
Jeff's fix for deleting work/catalina/localhost, that issue went away. the
permission issue is still there in the upgrade.
