Steps
----
1. Login to mifos with valid user name and password
2.Click on "Clients and Accounts" tab and try to create a loan account for one
client.
3.While creating the loan account give the disbursal date which falls on
holiday from the available holidays
4.Enter the necessary information and click preview

Users cannot set disbursal days to defined holidays and should show the error
message "This is an invalid Disbursement date."
