Made changes to the 'GK' customerbo.hbm.xml (got from Udai) to fix this issue
and significantly speed up the report.
Tested against out of the box mifos birt report (in trunk) as I couldn't run
the GK birt report got from Udai (I think because it needs to be birt upgraded).
Didn't commit the customerbo.hbm.xml changes to trunk as it contains GK
specific assumptions and I don't think it would be generic enough for general
release.
Will talk this (and patches and upgrades) through with Kay.
