GK's Birt Collection Sheet report does not work on 1.4.1

2) GK_CollectionSheetReport.rptdesign :- GK had this report working in
Mifos V1.3 & now is not working after Upgrading it to V1.4.1
3) GK_CollectionSheetBO.hbm.xml :- this is the xml file from where
above collection sheet report is using the Queries & parameters.
4) CustomisedCollectionSheetReport.rptdesign :- we have build this
report yesterday. This report is not using " CollectionSheetBO.hbm.xml" for any
of the queries.
GK now has a customized report working - need to understand if we need to fix
#2 and how long will it take to fix
Also what is the difference between #2 and #4 and can #4 be used for operations
