when user cancels loan creation workflow, return to Client Details Page

User starts on client details page, then as working on a new loan account,
realizes they've picked the wrong loan product while reviewing the loan and
clicks cancel. Instead of returning to the client detail page, the user is
sent back to the main Clients & Accounts page where they have to search or
navigate back to the client details again.
Request the user is put back on the Client details page.
