Move client-wise and product-wise loan counter info to loan account table

GK mentioned that it was very difficult to create reports that retrieved loan
cycle information. It's one of their most widely used fields and Naganand said
it was very difficult to retrieve (I'm not a developer, so didn't capture all
the details about why this was so—but sounded like there were several joins
required).
His request was that we move loan cycle number (both client wise and product
wise) to the loan account table—so that at time of each disbursement, the loan
cycle number is recorded in the same row as the loan account. (Err... again,
don't know the technical details, so don't know if I'm describing this
accurately).
Not sure we would do this in our production database or simply it in our
reporting database.
