Verified that when center day was moved, batch job ran, next payment of client
fee now showing up (see attached screenshot).
Scenario:
1. loaded secdep DB from 13 Jan
2. started mifos, changed center meeting for Cali Proper from Monday to
Wednesday
3. stopped mifos, changed date to 14 Jan on system, started Mifos and triggered
batch jobs.
4. open client charges for Elizabeth and see upcoming charge on 20/01/2010.
Also showing proper amount due of 24.00.
Note - when I tried this test by just running batch jobs on current day
(14/04/2010) the upcoming charges didn't show up. Due to gap in batch job
executions?
