The file attachments can be ignored because we're dealing with GK collection
sheet report separately now that their report is no longer linked to the mifos
release.
Also updated trunk again with an amendment to the mifos out of the box
collection sheet report based on lessons learned whilst looked at the new GK
version of the report on a copy of GK data.
