Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Sorry to go back and forth, but we investigated more with the staff who
reported this, and it seems they have been confusing it with a different issue.
So, for now am changing it back to "cannot reproduce" until we see it
definitively with our own eyes. Will reopen if that happens.
