I'm planning to do this modification as two steps to ensure that it won't break
any functionality .
Step -1 - Replace MifosLogManager using Log4J Logger directly but keep
LoggerConstants as it is.
Step - 2 - Eliminate LoggerConstants and introduce per classes basis logging.
Please review the attached patch for Step -1
