For some reason, the # of active borrowers and # of active savers does not
appear to be working, only displays zero. See attached document highlighting
the issue.
For the second column, this would be expected, as there are no very-poor
clients in the PASSI branch in SECDEP Data, but I ran the report on the test
server for the Miag-Ao branch which has at least one client that is marked as
very-poor and has active loan and savings accounts.
