build revision number inconsistency between release zip and system information

The build revision number in the .zip file may not match the revision displayed
on the system information page. I noticed this problem with the 1.5.0 release
zip.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1.5.0 is up on sf.net now. The file is named "mifos-v1.5.x_r17303-release.zip".
Note that "branches/v1.5.x/applicat...@17304" appears on the system information
page (this is noted at http://www.mifos.org/developers/wiki/PastReleases ).
"v1.5.x" isn't exactly pretty, but it's consistent with what's in source
control, and we won't have to remember to change the name to "v1.5.1",
"v1.5.2", etc.
As for the revision number in the .zip filename and in the app, there's
probably a bug in the Maven plugin we use to grab the version number. The
actual last changed revision on /branches/v1.5.x is r17302. So r17302, r17303
and r17304 are all identical on /branches/v1.5.x.
