we have noted that some clients are showing as 1 days in arrears according to
the table loan_arrears_aging and yet from the front end show zero days in
arrears, which is actually the correct status since all of these clients
actually have prepayments on their accounts. We are using this table
extensively for our reports so this is causing us a problem.
this is affecting a client in Kenya called Growth Africa (GAC)
