Going to reopen this issue. While you can't modify the Grace period during
loan creation, you can indeed modify the Grace period by editing the loan
account after it's created. For example, look at account 000100000000680 on
the test server, http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos, can be modified to have a
grace period of 8 installments although the Household Improvement Loan product
has Grace period type: None, Grace period duration: 0 installments.
Not sure if this was the original intent of the issue reported by Aliya, but
going to reopen this issue to track this work. Will modify the title.
