When M-Pesa import file has no Status for one or more rows, validation doesn't
catch that Status is empty.
See attached spreadsheet for import file, where row 24 is missing a Status.
According to FR 3.5, "If a row contains a cell that's missing a required field,
Mifos displays an error message for each row this occurs.
Row <#> is missing data.
where the row # is the original row # of the import file. "
