last Group Loan" (group performance history) and "Amount of last Loan" (client
performance history) should be the loan amount of the last loan that has the
status "Closed-Obligations Met" (status 6).
Currently, the group value is set to the disbursement amount on disbursal
(right value, wrong time) and the client value is set to whatever the last
repayment was. (right time, wrong value)

I have made the code changes (not committed, can undo if necessary) and started
work on the db upgrade required to make current values correct. However, two
concerns that maybe there's more to this than I understand are:
1/ The group field on the database is called LAST_GROUP_LOAN_AMNT_DISB. This
suggests that the original intention was indeed to set the amount on
disbursement and I'd have to change the field name for this change (that's not
a big deal). What I don't know is if people would have used this field
previously on reports... or is it just a matter of saying in release notes that
it used to get set with the wrong value... this is what it does now... and if
you report on it we changed the name to avoid confusion.
2/ Reversing loan disbursal function (on Admin page). This undo's a disbursal
(and any repayments) for a loan. It sets the 'last loan amount' too. Based on
my new understand there is no need for it to do that.
