The Family Details feature was built for GK, but other clients are finding
users for it (KMBI), in order to collect basic family information for
Microinsurance reporting.
Would be great to be able to re-purpose the "Living Situation" dropdown, so
MFI's could customize it to their own need (Name, relationship to client and
DOB all seem pretty standard, but the living situation seems potentially unique
to GK). This should be like other configurable dropdowns
1. Be able to rename the label
2. Be able to customize the values in the dropdown
3. Be able to mark the field as mandatory or hidden
