I think it should be the first.
4 rows contained no errors and will be imported.
If a row has ANY error it should not be imported, so all 3 transactions in that
row won't be imported right? It wouldn't be clear to the user in that case
because some transactions could be right and some could be wrong.
For example, if the user wants the transactions to apply to
LP1 LP2 SP1
but accidentally entered
LP1 LAP2 SP1
where LAP2 is the incorrect name. Then that row should not be imported at all
because LAP2 would not correspond to any account. In this case we dont' want
any of the row to go through or part of the payment would have already gone to
LP1.
