Submiting historical data generates number format exception
Repro:
1) log onto demo server
2) search for existing client
3) On client deails, click "View Summarized Historical Data" link.
4) click on Add/Edit historical data link at the right hand side.
5) Enter loancycle number, Product name, Amount to loan.
6) Preview button.
7) Submit button.
expected: changes submitted.
actual: exception - see attached
