An even better improvement would be to also add an ajax call that checks on the
name + DOB after they are entered and returns the error before the user clicks
on submit.
Then, an even better improvement would to list all those matching clients as
links that the user can then click on to view (should open a new webpage
though, in order not to lose the original application).
