Worth a recheck with any GK user to get a feeling for current end user
response. I think it'll be way lower than mentioned here (about 19 seconds)
and this issue can be closed.
This problem was mostly to do with data transfer using 56kbp bandwidth.
GK now are on high bandwidth connections (mostly) and Tomcat Compression has
been turned on (5/6 weeks ago). So, should be fine now.
