Accounting Test
---------------
Created a new loan (with a periodic fee).
Disbursed, then prepaid a couple of weeks off (left some outstanding principal
in one week)
Wrote off the rest.
Looked at the transaction history page (showing account payment transactions
and glcodes). I expect this is the data that people would extract for
accounting purposes.

The remaining amount (just principal repayments) was clearly shown as being
"loan written off". So that seems right (and just the loan_summary info is
wrong).

Newby question though: Did I lose all my prepaid fees and interest? or is
written off just mean write off whatever is left of principal?

>
>
> To Repro
> ------
> (*) Navigate to an active loan
> (*) Click "Edit Loan Status" and change loan status to closed-written off
> (*) Navigate back to loan detail page
> Actual
> -----
> The "amount paid" column is populated with full amounts of the original
> principal and interest due. It appears identical to a loan that has been
> fully
> paid by a customer.
> Values in the Loan Balance column are zero.
> Expected
> -------
> Values in the Loan Balance column should be zero-- since the loan was written
> off and no balance remains.
> However, shouldn't the values in the "Amount Paid" column actually reflect
> the
> actual amounts paid by the customer.
> Assigning to PMQueue for investigation.
