jbrewster commented on MIFOSADMIN-34:
-------------------------------------

Unable to reproduce this during my testing on our 1.5 test server. I found a
loan that had been approved on 19 April 2010, with an initial disbursal date of
21 April 2010.

See attachments for before disbursal screenshot, where 4 installments are due -
28 Apr, 5-May, 12-May, and 19-May. On second screenshot, which is after
disbursing loan on 20-May, the new first payment is due on 2-Jun. (26-May is
skipped since disbursal occurred less than a week before the next meeting)

> From the mail I sent:
> ------------------
> In Mifos 1.3
> You would schedule a loan for disbursal for the client's next meeting date
> (May 6, 2010 as an example, meaning first repayment is May 13, 2010)
> For some reason, the loan wouldn't be disbursed on the scheduled date (May
> 6th, 2010)
> You would then disburse the loan on the following meeting date (May 13th,
> 2010)
> Mifos would adjust the repayment schedule and so the first repayment would
> start at the next meeting date (May 20th, 2010)
> In Mifos 1.5
> When you disburse the new loan, the first repayment date is not being set to
> the next meeting date and is instead, staying at its original date (May
> 13,2010)
> -----------
> Jane estimates that they have about 10 unreleased loans per week per branch,
> which means this will start happening around 60 times a week.
> This does not appear related to the center meeting schedule change as these
> clients are not under centers that had their meetings changed.
