Date additional field should appear as date input field instead of text field

In Shamim D, date type additional fields are now enabled (see MIFOS-1963).
Currently, the date data type expects user to enter data in mm/dd/yyyy format
within a text input field. This is the case both in the "default value" field
on Define additional fields, and on the pages where the additional field
appears - clients, offices, etc. See attached screenshot.
Instead of a text field, the date additional field should be shown as a date
input like other date fields in Mifos are displayed. For example, MFI joining
date:
MFI joining date: __ DD __ MM __ YYYY
