Final commit with db upgrade and tidy up in revision
22d50c91d1404991ee9fcfb4f20d87921bf2c3bf
Majority of code and test work in previous revisions.
Algorithm to work out the first installment to change remains UNTOUCHED.
On my (John W) laptop changing the meeting date for a center with 4 groups and
10 clients each group (and a loan and a customer account for each client) took
between 15 and 20 seconds.
