When upgrading to v1.5, GK encountered a DB upgrade error on v235 since they
had one or more rows where LOAN_FEE_SCHEDULE.AMOUNT_PAID was NULL. Upgrade 235
has this constraint added - NOT NULL on LOAN_FEE_SCHEDULE.AMOUNT_PAID
Workaround:
Update existing null LOAN_FEE_SCHEDULE.AMOUNT_PAID to 0.00 prior to upgrade
