We store all translated strings in .po files, and they have to be made aware of
changes to the default .properties files.
A new key was added to ClientUIResources.properties so [locale_sync.sh must be
run|http://www.mifos.org/developers/wiki/AdminOnlineTranslationHOWTO#adding-new-keys].
The change should be committed to the 1.6.x branch, then merged to master.
