Create FundServiceFacade and WebTierFundServiceFacade.
On the WebTierFundServiceFacade, create methods like:
List<FundDto> getFunds()
updateFund(FundDto)
createFund(FundDto)
on createFund there would be no id passed in, whereas updateFund would need to
pass in an id to know what to update
