Description:
If Office group has a new additional field with "date" data type, edits to
those dates are not stored.
Repro steps:
1. create date additional field for Office
2. Create new Branch office, note additional field with default on savings
details.
3. Edit new Office.
4. Change date, submit.
actual result: date not modified (no error given to user)
expected result: date modification made to additional field.
To test/repro, edit office Omega on test server http://ci.mifos.org:8110/mifos.
