This fix could impact functionality referring to installment 'original amounts'
other than
original principal - (interest, penalties, misc. fees, misc penalties and
periodic fees) - because they are not now adjusted to match the amount paid.
I couldn't find anything though. The nearest was the work Ryan and Ramya were
doing on arrears which sums up amounts on installments... however that work
only sums up the original principal amount which is okay.

Make Early Repayment (the problem causer here) is not available in collection
sheet. Over payments in collection sheet are treated as Prepayments even if
they should result in paying the loan off early. Prepayment logic is very
different to make early repayment ... it pays future fees, charges, penalties,
interest off first.
It this was considered a problem... an issue could be raised to put a rule in
that if a payment was for the full repayment amount and not just the final
installment it would be treated as an early repayment.
