Description:
As an Admin,
I WANT the ability to add sections within a QG,
SO THAT questions are classified under sections while being displayed
Acceptance Criteria:
- On the Create QG page, a non-mandatory text box labelled 'Section Heading'
should be displayed.
- This text box should allow any value and should limit to 50 characters.
- When a Section Heading is provided and the add button is clicked (refer
screenshot), the section heading provided should appear as represented in
screenshot.
- The section heading should have an accompanying remove button, clicking which
the section heading should be removed from the UI.
- After a section heading (s) added, when the user clicks on Submit, when all
validations pass, the section headings should be available for view on the
'View QG details' page.
- No check for duplicate sections should be made.

was created with should be available on the View details page.

- On View Question list page, all the titles should appear as links.
- On clicking any of the title, a new page named 'View Question details' should
open.
- This new page should load the question's details in read-only format.
Note: Depending on when this story is played, all the details that a Question
was created with should be available on the View details page.
