API (core Mifos code in "head" repository) and plugin ("plugins" repository)
were both patched.
Fixed in head/1.6.x 0671f30747568dfb820cbef82faaa8ebb0957eb5 . New API logic
exists in latest ci build of this branch.
Fixed in plugins/master d53eedcc41e8c3f7a9d26d737a864e3586219936 . Latest build
of plugins-master on ci server has the fix.
Also, merged to head/master in 3cc0211271a4ebe1e9bc795eaf17ac89fdd3bbb6
